I got too tired of mtn pulse cos their call tarrif was very high..Then i migrated to mtn payGo by dialing *400# for less tarrifs.let go straight to the point.. STEP1=migrate to MTN PAYGO by dialing [*400#]..if it migrates u to MTN TRUE TALK don't worry..but if u are already on mtn payGo that Easier/higher probability!!
